Theme settings

Open the Theme Editor and click Theme settings at the bottom of the left sidebar. This panel applies across the entire storefront, separate from any individual section's settings.

Typography

Choose the heading and body fonts from Shopify's font library. NAZENDE defaults to an editorial serif for headings (Playfair Display) paired with a clean sans-serif for body copy, tuned for a premium, magazine-like reading experience — but any font pairing available in Shopify's font picker can be substituted.

Colors

NAZENDE uses Shopify's color schemes system: you define a small palette of reusable schemes (background, text, button, and accent colors), and then assign a scheme to each section individually. This is how you can, for example, give your Newsletter section a dark scheme while the rest of the homepage stays light — without touching a single line of CSS. Button color and button text color are part of each scheme.

Buttons & inputs

Corner rounding for buttons and form inputs is controlled by a single shared radius setting, so buttons, inputs, and cards stay visually consistent whether you prefer sharp, minimal corners or a softer look.

Layout & spacing

Page width and side margins are controlled globally, so every section aligns to the same content grid. On mobile, NAZENDE automatically tightens the side margins for smaller screens rather than reusing the desktop spacing.

Header

The header section (in Theme settings → Header or as its own section depending on your Shopify version) controls your logo, main navigation, and whether the header stays sticky (fixed to the top of the viewport) as customers scroll. See Navigation for menu-specific setup.

Footer

The footer is column-based: add, remove, and reorder footer columns as blocks, each with its own heading and links. A dedicated newsletter block and your social links can also be added to the footer.
